Rooms were good with fair updates. Could have been a bit cleaner. Staff were very unreasonable in the morning, including walking into our suite prior to check out times. They began asking when we were leaving by 8 a.m. when check out is 11.
Clean rooms, decent amenities. Pool could have been cleaner. Very friendly and professional staff who were all very accommodating. Would stay again.
worst hotel in dauphin. the rooms are so dark and the hot tub was colder than the pool itself. our keys didnt work and we were stuck outside trying to get it to work when the clerk said to just try harder. the handle on our drawer was broken and some tiles were chipping in the washroom. the tv was the size of a laptop and there is no room service and also the pool was dirty and the room was either really hot or super cold. the room was kinda outdated and i would not recommend this place. it didnt smell very good either. wifi was SUPER slow and it barely worked. and u could hear ur neighbors conversations from outside and lots of yelling. way to overpriced even when u pre pay online.
Spent a few nights here over the long weekend. It wasn't too bad actually for the price. The pool with the big screen was nice watching the jets game. Sauna was nice and hot but the hot tub was too hot. Not a bad stay.
Rooms seemed clean but were quite outdated. Sink would not drain properly. Beds were cheap spring beds. Shower head was as cheap as could be. No continental breakfast or discount at attached restaurant.
